About Me
I trained within the NHS and have worked as a doctor, psychiatrist and psychotherapist in the NHS for over 20 years. My clinical training and experience in psychotherapy are predominantly psychodynamic and relational.
I offer an attentive, engaged and gently curious space to facilitate exploration. My training and experience allow me to work with a broad range of issues such as relationship difficulties, anxiety, overwhelm and burnout, managing challenging work contexts, low mood, loss and bereavement, low self-esteem, loss of meaning, life transitions, challenges in parenthood and those wishing to explore and enrich their inner life and relationships.
Alongside my private psychotherapy practice, I currently work part-time in the NHS as a consultant psychiatrist in Medical Psychotherapy.
